Domestic Labor Insurance Cancellation Request

I would like to request the cancellation of the domestic labor insurance policy.

Dear Customer, by agreeing to this statement, you acknowledge that all the information recorded in the application is correct and under your full responsibility. You are the owner of the policy (the insured) and are submitting this cancellation request on behalf of yourself only and not on behalf of any other person. You also acknowledge by this request that you fully understand that after canceling the mentioned policy, you will not be able to submit a compensation claim for damages or losses resulting from a risk or damage that may occur to the domestic labor mentioned in the policy. Buruj therefore disclaims responsibility in this matter.
